The goal is to enable people to access quality legal information and affordable legal services through an online Legal Protection Platform.
This Platform bridges people to legal services needed to be included as a person and to legally protect their property, housing, business, work, and family relations.
The Platform targets:
- The end-users with:
- legal information on basic legal needs related to documents and procedures to enjoy the rights and entitlements as a person in a state and to property and housing, to run a business, for employment and family relations.
- Legal aid by a qualified registered lawyer / legal professional (called advocate, attorney, solicitors/barristers depending on the country of operation) to prepare the needed legal documents and legal procedures. The Platform connects the end-user to an attorney who has committed him/herself to provide the legal service for an affordable price.
The target groups of the legal services are people who normally have no access to quality legal aid and victims of humanitarian disasters, often displaced.
- The qualified lawyers with:
- Legal know-how and models
- Clients
The target group are young, starting lawyers who lack legal guidance/training by experienced colleagues and who have difficulty to build up a client base.
Value added of the Model
- Standardization/ digitalization and upscaling throughout the country in collaboration with th existing legal services infrastructure of the country (law society and ministry of justice) and other local legal players.
- Microjustice is complementary to existing free legal aid that focuses on criminal justice and conflict solution but not on preventive legal protection services. In addition, the MJ model may help the free legal aid system to be set up in a similar way.
- Financial sustainability: the costs of setting up and maintaining the platform are relatively low and serve an important basic government responsibility of protecting its population. The costs should be covered by the public sector.
- Upscaling worldwide of legal protection programs globally through Civil Justice Index (see Civil Justice Index note) allows for comparative development of legal protection institutional framework of countries.

What is the Legal Personality?
It is a document granted by a Government Entity empowered for this (Governors, Vice Ministry of Autonomies, AFCOOP and others); With this document the organization will demonstrate its legal existence in the country and will be able to establish and carry out its activities legally.
What is the use of removing Legal Personality?
With this document, in addition to having legal recognition, depending on the type of organization, you can: postulate or present projects to the Municipality, Government, Central Government Entities, private national, and international Organizations established in the country. Private Financial Entities can participate in the State Goods and Services Procurement processes (after fulfilling requirements) and participate in decision-making spaces at all levels of the Government, among others.
Where do you get the Legal Personality of Organizations from the department La Paz?
In the Directorate of Legal Personalities of the Interior of the Department of La Paz, located in the city of El Alto Av. De los Héroes Km 7, Esq. Calle 2 around the Ex Campo Ferial.

The Legal Personality remains as long as the Organization exists and no changes are made to the name; the documents that 'must be updated from time to time' are the Organic Statute and the Internal Regulations because they have to be adapted to the needs of the organization and to the national regulations in force. (Time to be defined by the organization)
What are the Organic Statute and Internal Regulations for?
The Organic Statute and Internal Regulations are the internal rules of the organization, they are useful for the following: to strengthen the Organization internally since its members know their rights, obligations, prohibitions, their powers, and their sanctions. By motivating the creation of the organization they can set their activities in order to achieve their goals.
Who elaborates the Organic Statute and the Internal Regulation?
All the members of the organization have to participate in the construction of its internal rules, otherwise they must submit to the decision of the majority. Usually a commission is appointed to gather all the ideas of the members and to propose the final projects of these norms.
