WHO WE ARE

We are a Serbian organization that in 2007, with the impulse of the Microjustice4All Foundation, launched the first Microjustice Program in the world.
Based on the principles of solidarity and sustainability, and in close collaboration with local public and private institutions, Our objective is to provide people with fewer economic resources the satisfaction of their basic legal needs, making the enjoyment of their rights accessible under the same conditions as the rest of the population.
For this work we have two areas: the Legal Area, in charge of Research, Analysis, Product Development, Management of Procedures and actions of Lobbying and Incidence and the Social Area, in charge of the Distribution of Legal Services, development of Legal Training Workshops and Socialization and Dissemination Campaigns.

Mission

Our MISSION: To facilitate the legal inclusion of people, particularly the most disadvantaged, through access to the fundamental right that is JUSTICE, on equal terms, acting in parallel from the base of society and from an institutional level, with a gender perspective to try to alleviate inequality between men and women.

Vision

Our VISION: To become an institution with national coverage, which provides a diversity of legal services to people, especially the most disadvantaged, and contributes to the improvement of legal procedures that hinder social cohesion and prevent access by the poor to the opportunities that come within your reach. On the other hand, to become a benchmark for national and international legal institutions and contribute knowledge to strengthen the Microjustice Network and thereby reduce poverty.
