I want to sell my movable property. What papers do I need?

Transfer of the rights on registered movable property – vehicles
  • What do you get: Acquiring, transferring and exercising property rights on vehicles via sale-purchase agreement.
  • Why do you need it: In order to legally conduct this procedure, the seller is obliged to transfer to the buyer the ownership of the sold vehicle and to deliver it for that purpose. The buyer undertakes to pay the price and to take over the vehicle.
  • What happens if you do not do it: The exercise of title, the transfer and restriction of property rights to non-registered movable property are largely free of the formalities that exist when it comes to registered movable property.

Clients can understand which laws are relevant and important, who initiates the procedure and how does it develop in a detailed step-by-step presentation below and finally, will be provided with a link to other relative legal services.
