I need to collect the debt through court procedure. Where do I start?

Enforcement procedure for debt collection
  • What do you get: The compensation of monetary claim of the enforcement creditor contained in the enforceable document or authentic instrument (such as bill of exchange, invoice etc.), reliably and efficiently, in a legally regulated procedure.
  • Why do you need it: In order to enforce the due and unpaid monetary claim by the debtor who does not want to fulfil his obligation
  • What happens if you do not do it: if the enforcement procedure is not initiated, there is a possibility that the creditor will not be collected from the debtor.

Clients can understand which laws are relevant and important, who initiates the procedure and how does it develop in a detailed step-by-step presentation below and finally, will be provided with a link to other relative legal services.

  • What do you get: The compensation of monetary claim contained in the document (i.e. agreement), confirming the existence of a claim, but not suitable for enforcement procedure.
  • Why do you need it: Debt collection litigation is initiated in cases when other, more efficient, procedures cannot be initiated, i.e. the documents confirming the existence of a claim is not suitable for initiating enforcement procedure or procedure of issuance of payment order.
  • What happens if you do not do it: if the litigation procedure is not initiated, there is a possibility that the creditor will not be collected from the debtor.
